Important Lab Tips You will need to make sure you have a lab requisition in hand or verify that your health coordinator has called in your lab orders ahead of time.
We will work with you to be sure that your lab orders are sent to a lab that is compatible with your insurance. (Please help us by assuring that we have your most current insurance information.)
Remember: if this is a fasting lab test, you'll need to be fasting for at least 12 hours before the test. You may have water, but you should avoid any food or other liquids, as they will affect your test results.
Make sure you have your insurance card, because you will be asked to register with this information before doing any lab tests.
