I believe that the strongest doctor-patient relationships are grounded in collaboration. I respect my patient’s role as the expert on their own bodies and preferences. My job is to bring my clinical expertise to the decisions that my patients make to improve their health and live better quality lives. I have a particular interest in caring for those at the end of life and also delight in the more preventive role I can take with young adults.

My husband Dave and I were both born and raised in Georgia, and I’m proud of my Southern roots, especially the South’s literature and its food. We try to get outdoors every day with our children, Harper and Thomas. They keep us laughing – and busy. In my free time, I enjoy modern dance.
