GreenField Gives Back with Habitat

April 21, 2021   |   By Jacqui Monahan

GreenField believes that access to affordable housing is a key aspect of overall health and wellness. To support our community members we are working with Habitat for Humanity Portland Metro/East to increase the resources needed to develop more affordable housing. Several of our employees are deeply involved with this organization. Lindsey Campbell is a member of the ambassador board and Traci Rieckmann has served as a member of the Habitat Board for several years. Habitat Portland Metro/East has a goal to triple the number of families they serve and we wanted to share this vision with our GreenField members.

Wednesday April 28th Habitat will be hosting the Hope Builders virtual breakfast featuring key note speak Ann Curry, award winning journalist! She has hosted the Today show and Dateline NBC and she began her journalism career right here in Oregon. She will be telling stories about her work as a journalist and speaking about the importance of community.

This is an opportunity to learn more about the important work that Habitat does right here in the Portland area! GreenField will be hosting a table at this event and we are asking you to join us to help raise money to support this wonderful organization. Tickets to the event are free but we ask that you donate whatever you are able and join us at our virtual table for this fun event! You can find more event details and register here. Please enter GreenField when asked who invited you so you can be added to our virtual table. Thank you so much for helping us support this great organization.
