Chuck Kilo MD

Internal Medicine | Westside
Health Coordinator: Clarinda Perez

Chuck Kilo founded GreenField Health in 2001 to deliver a unique member experience based on deep, trust-based relationships, impeccable service and highly reliable care. He still believes in those goals today and works continuously to better serve clients. “I seek to be your personal physician, a key partner in your health, a counselor at times and your confidant when needed,” he says.

Chuck recognizes that great health care is necessary, but it can be expensive and complex. Individuals need trusted guidance to navigate a fragmented system. He therefore has spent his career focused on addressing the challenges of the U.S. health care system. GreenField is part of that journey and part of the solution. He believes that primary care is at the core of everyone’s health care experience.

“From the outset, GreenField’s mission was to recreate primary care to better serve individuals and our society,” he says.

Chuck completed his medical training at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He also completed an infectious disease fellowship and a Master of Public Health degree at Harvard.
