Lisa is thrilled to join Greenfield’s team providing primary care for patients ages 15 and up. After a break to raise her family she is excited to return to caring for patients. Having previously worked in a variety of settings including primary care, research and urgent care, Lisa loves what primary care offers: true connection with patients.
Her favorite part of medicine is learning each patient’s story and partnering with each patient on a path to better health. As an osteopath, Lisa learned early on that each patient is not merely a diagnosis, but the sum of many parts. Her approach to patients is holistic; addressing all aspects of health including mind, body and spirit.
Born and raised in the Michigan, Lisa feels lucky to live and practice in beautiful Portland for over 20 years and she considers Portland home. Outside of work Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, walking her “favorite child”(an 8 year old Labradoodle), traveling and reading. She is also still a Girl Scout and has served as the Health Advisor/Camp Doc for a local summer Girl Scout camp for the past 6 years.
